Our two residence halls on campus, Austin Hall and Clare Hall, are nestled on 46-acres of lush green space with running and walking paths, picnic tables and places for socializing, studying and reflection. Both residence halls offer the convenience of living close to classrooms, academic resources, campus clubs and organizations, performances and friends.

As an on-campus resident, you will enjoy meal service, free parking, a fitness center, a full calendar of activities, as well as easy access to downtown Milwaukee.

Inquire about how housing and meal plan rates can be calculated and factored into your financial aid by contacting the Finacial Aid Office.

Important Dates in 2026

Jan. 16 The 2026-2027 Housing Application will be live for students to complete.

Jan 22 New Student Move In after 10am

Jan 25 Returning Student Move In after 10am

Jan 26 First day of classes

Mar 13 Residence Halls close at 5pm for Spring Break

Mar 22 Residence Hall reopen from Spring Break

Apr 2 Residence Halls close at 5pm for Easter Break Apr 6 Residence Halls reopen from Easter Break

Apr 22 Housing Assignments for returning students will be completed

May 15 Residence Halls Close for the Spring Semester at 12pm

May 27 Summer Residents move into Summer Rooms

July 8 Housing Assignments will be sent out to students who have requested and confirmed a roommate and completed their application prior to July 1.

July 17 Housing Assignments will be sent out to students who have completed their Housing Application prior to July 13.

Aug 7 Last day to complete a Housing Application and plan to move in on Move In Day

Aug. 20 Move-In Day for new residents 9am-3pm

Aug 24 Weekday Classes Begin

Sept. 9 Last day to complete a Petition for Release of Contract form for Fall 2026. Last day to change your Meal Plan for Fall 2026

Dec 11 Residence Hall close for Winter Break at 12pm
